Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care/Med Surg - DAY SHIFT

Nurses are the backbone of Valley View, combining compassionate care with clinical expertise. The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will use their specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process. We currently have full-time 12-hour day shift positions, working rotating weekends. Multiple Positions Available. Requirements: * Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain. * Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. * Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in an Acute Care, Med Surg, or Telemetry. * BSN is preferred. PAY RANGE * $33.99 -$49.98/hour (RN BSN) * Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set * Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN ADN, BSN, MSN. * $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm. * $4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday. * $17,500 sign on bonus (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)! * Monthly housing stipend of $1,250 for the first 6 months! * Monthly retention of $834 approved through August 2024!!
