Clinical Manager, Organ Recovery (Nurse, RN, Nurse Leadership)

General Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Director, Organ Recovery, the Clinical Manager, Organ Recovery leads and guides the Clinical Recovery department towards accomplishing Infinite Legacys mission and goals by providing oversight of daily organ recovery operations. Serves as the clinical expert for donor suitability, organ allocation, organ recovery for transplant and research, training, call responsibilities, and import/flyout process for the organization. Accountable for organ recovery staff adherence to all regulatory and accrediting agency standards, including, but not limited to CMS, UNOS, AOPO, FDA and AATB, as well as all internal Infinite Legacy organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provides direction to staff while encouraging the professional development and achievement of personal and departmental goals. Position require travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices (Falls Church, VA and Baltimore, MD). Education and Experience: * College work in a health care related field from an accredited college/university. Bachelors degree preferred. * Demonstrated proficiency in the Organ Recovery Coordinator role. * Two to four years of management experience in an acute health care setting.
