Vascular Technologist Reg.- FT - Vascular Clinic

SUMMARY The Vascular Technologist will perform vascular imaging for geriatric patients in various body planes which results in the production of quality images for diagnostic interpretation. The performance of the tests requires the use of duplex ultrasound instruments as well as various plethysmographic instruments and non-invasive arterial pressure measurement techniques. Provides patient care that is essential to ultrasound imaging and recognizes patient conditions requiring immediate action. QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma Required * Must have successfully completed an accredited Vascular program that is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education * Three (3) years of experience as a Vascular Sonographer * Current registration by ARDMS/BLS certified * Must be a Registered Vascular Technologist * Able to work independently * Must be proficient in using selective PACS/EPIC systems
