Hourly Rate: $36 - $45
Type of Work: PRN or Per Diem
Set up : SNF or Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

Educational Requirement:

1. Bachelors or masters in Physical therapy Assistant
2. Experience and Licensing Requirements:
3. Status as a Physical Therapist License Applicant in the State of California
4. CPR Certification
5. Minimum one year of experience preferred
6. New graduate are welcome to apply too

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
