Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Tulsa, Oklahoma with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience for contract assignments with a partnering home health agency. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
- $1,380 - $1,517 per week
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Travel and mileage reimbursement available on all contracts
- LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
- Weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:
- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Most contracts require some on-call
- Current Oklahoma Nursing License
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
