EMC - Eden Medical CenterPosition Overview:
Performs MRI examinations. Performs a variety of duties in preparing neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for the technical component of scans and treatments of particular organs to furnish diagnostic information. Operates MRI equipment to produce the scans. Provides support and training assistance as well as functioning in all aspects of position. Assists the Lead and Department in maintenance of equipment and QA/QC program(s) for meeting regulatory and accreditation and re-accreditation. Serves as department liaison.This position requires CRT and ARRT (MR).
Job Description:
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Other: Completion of a Radiology Technology program
Other: AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic Technologists
CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist
IV Certification
Certification in specialty area
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
Additional 6 months in MRI
12 months hospital setting

Pay Range is $60.52 to $78.97 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
