The Director of Market Development will serve as the primary Physician Liaison for administration and be responsible for leading strategic growth in collaboration with the INTEGRIS Health Corporate Business development team and Clinical Programs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare operations, marketing, sales, or business development setting preferred,
- Preferred knowledge of the INTEGRIS Health landscape of physicians, employers, and affiliate hospitals and current national healthcare policies and trends in political and regulatory environment.
Job Responsibility:
The Director of Market Development responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Primarily responsible for executing strategic business development/networking activities, such as cold calling, field marketing, and physician meetings to drive revenue & referrals to the INTEGRIS Health system.
- Manage relationships with existing referrals and patients to facilitate repeat business and develop new referral relationships with physicians and medical staff.
- Maintains awareness of their current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace.
- Ensures INTEGRIS Health has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives for specified service lines.
- Develops and maintains medical staff relationships and seeks opportunities for new partnerships in the community.
- Serves as the primary lead for all physician contracts. Presents expiring contracts to CHE and Executive Team in advance of expiration.
- Rounds daily with key position partners.
