Pros
Solid team work in the ER. Even when they are short staffed they do their best to have nurses break you and help with tasks. Dr/PA order/work up/discharge people from the waiting room to help with moving patients.
Cons
Cliental and area of California is rough. A lot of homeless/drunk/psych

Pros
Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
Cons
Can’t think of one
