Nurse Practitioner, Breast Surgery Rhinebeck, NY (90 minutes North of NYC)

Northern Dutchess Hospital, located in Rhinebeck NY, just 90 minutes north of New York City is seeking a nurse practitioner to work in collaboration with the Breast Surgery division. This position will coordinate, oversee and provide advanced nursing care to breast patients and functions as a clinical patient navigator for this population. Will work collaboratively with medical, surgical and radiation oncology, clinical research division, nursing staff and external stakeholders. The Nurse Practitioner participates in performance improvement and research activities and maintains professional practice standards and clinical expertise Northern Dutchess hospital is a 68-bed acute care not-for-profit community hospital with excellent medical staff and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The hospital has recently renovated operating rooms, a brand new, top-rated emergency department, and fully modernized patient care areas.
