Resource position can be intense

Resource position requires you to work 4 hours on one floor, and then float to another floor for the remaining 8 hours. This means you are receiving and giving report on 8 patients, charting on 8 patients, and even though you are only caring for 4-5 patients at a time it is still very exhausting. If I were to work here again I would avoid resource position, and i think it would be a lot more enjoyable.
